Cheri Kleber, as the Director of Property Management, brings a wealth of experience and a keen eye for detail to every project she oversees. Her role involves coordinating various projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards along with Marketing and networking for Owners Properties to maintain competitive rent and revenue. Cheri's leadership skills are exemplary; she knows how to motivate her team to achieve their best, fostering an environment of cooperation and mutual respect. Her strategic planning and problem-solving abilities have been key in navigating the complexities of property management, ensuring clients' needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Ashley Bond, the Director of Operations, is the organizational powerhouse behind the scenes. Dinorah Czigler, Born in Havana, Cuba, and arriving in the United States in the 1960's with my parents and little sister, I bring a rich cultural background and decades of experience to the real estate industry. After settling in Raleigh, North Carolina in 2002, I have proudly called the state home. With a real estate career that began in Miami, Florida in 1997, and a North Carolina license in 2003, I have successfully guided countless individuals and families through the process of buying and selling homes, drawing up a deep knowledge of both markets. Bilingual in English and Spanish, I offer personalized service to a diverse clientele, ensuring clear communication, professionalism and service with exceptional results.

Additionally, as a notary for the state of North Carolina, I am equipped to provide a range of services to meet my clients' needs. I am also a proud parent of three grown children and a grandparent to four wonderful grandchildren. I love vacationing with my family every summer to the beach and to the mountains, making wonderful memories for years to come. I love thrifting, shopping, painting furniture, decorating, crafts, staying healthy and enjoying life to the fullest!
